Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all bookings, package purchases, account access, and services offered by The Tech Botts.
Bookings
- Classes and appointments are subject to live availability.
- A booking is confirmed only once payment or valid package credit is accepted by the system.
- The studio may refuse or cancel a booking where participation would be unsafe or where a listing error occurred.
Packages and Credits
- Credits may be limited by validity dates, class type, or other package rules displayed at purchase.
- Unused credits may expire if not used within the valid period.
- Packages are non-transferable unless the studio states otherwise in writing.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation windows, late fees, no-show rules, and reschedule rights are governed by the active booking policy shown at checkout and on the related policy page.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login details and secure links private. Activity completed through your account or your secure access link may be treated as authorised by you.
Bottle and Community Sessions
- Bottle padel sessions may record public display names, teams, courts, rounds, scores, and session timing for game organisation and score history.
- Contact details, payment details, health notes, and internal admin notes are not part of public or match-history views.
- Any wider community, profile, wall, or detail-sharing feature should be presented with clear consent before additional personal details are shown.
Studio Rights
The Tech Botts may update class schedules, pricing, availability, instructors, package structures, and policies from time to time.
