- Health or participation notes only where needed for safe class delivery.
- Payment-related records needed to confirm purchases, invoices, and support queries.
- Bottle padel match details such as public display names, teams, courts, rounds, scores, and session timing.
How We Use Information
- To manage bookings, packages, schedules, and account access.
- To send confirmations, reminders, payment notices, and support updates.
- To improve class operations, reporting, and customer support.
- To meet legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.
Sharing
Information is shared only where operationally necessary, for example with payment providers, mail services, or service partners supporting the booking platform. We do not sell personal information.
Bottle Match Views
Bottle match history is kept deliberately limited. Match views show public display names and match details only. Contact details, payment details, health notes, and internal admin notes are kept out of those views unless a future feature asks for clear consent first.
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for bookings, support, legal compliance, and business record keeping.
Your Rights
